Information
Dates and Times: Wednesday, February 8-Friday, February 10, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m.
Location: MACO (Montana Association of Counties) Conference Room, 2715 Skyway Dr., Helena, MT 59602. There are no parking restrictions or fees. (*Please note, there is no internet available, but you can still bring your laptops for taking notes.)
Hotel: Please make reservations at a hotel of your choice. Most hotels honor the state rate if you request it when you make your reservations. Days Inn does honor the state rate at about $85/night + tax. Call your hotels directly to negotiate a state rate with them. You will not be reimbursed for your travel expenses so please plan accordingly.
Substitutes: Make sure to tell your schools that TAH will be reimbursing them for your subs. If there are any questions, please have your admin contact Danice.
Pay Information: $490 for the full three days. Payment is made at the end of the third day. If you must leave early, your honorarium will be mailed within one week of the event. *Make sure to sign attendance sheet each day!
